Google - Chromecast with Google TV - Netflix app - wont play some shows in USA

Netflix app on Chromecast with Google TV will not play some shows - tvq-pb-101 (5.2.5) - is the error.

I can watch these shows on my laptop, chromebook & Sony TV app, but when I try to watch them on the Chromecast netflix app or cast them to the Chromecast I get the above error.

I live in the USA, have a USA Netflix account but many Shows will not play.

I have tagged shows in my Netflix history but nothing has changed in 2 months.

I have factory reset my Chromcast but still it does not play the same shows.

Would anyone have any suggestions?

Well Netflix's help center says that code means the device needs to be refreshed but at the same time have you reached out to Netflix support to see if they have any ideas?
