How can I split stream so video goes through my monitor and audio through my Sonos speaker?

The chromecast ultra is plugged into my monitor. On my Google Home app (iOS), I’ve connected the streaming service I want to split, and the Sonos speaker that I want audio to come through

I'm sorry, you can't do that with the Ultra (or any of the round Chromecast devices).

Only the new Chromecast with Google TV (oblong unit that comes with a remote) can pair with a Bluetooth speaker.
