We have recently changed our wifi connection.
We tried to use chromcast but it would not let me update the new wifi connections.
Keeps telling me that "there is problem communicating with chromcast".
Please tell me the solution to this issue.
Thanks for reaching out. Chromecast devices can only remember one Wi-Fi network at a time. If you change your Wi-Fi network and your device isn't currently connected to a Wi-Fi network, perform a factory reset and set up your Chromecast on the new network.
On the other hand, if your Chromecast is still connected to an existing Wi-Fi network and you'd like to connect it to a new one, follow the steps here.
