I've tried every form of troubleshooting the web can provide chrome won't cast, no devices found, but TVs and cellphones all work casting. This is a last resort please help

A few questions — what Operating System (OS) do you use? Is the Google Chrome browser version updated? Did this previously work or did the issue begin recently? Please make sure your PC is on the same network as the Chromecast device. Also, ensure that the Chrome browser is up-to-date.
