Hi team!  I can't stream Disney + anymore, I use my cell phone to cast, it tries to load  but then I get back the main screen. Does not make a difference about the title I want to watch. I see no error, it just tries and that's it, Whern I use the same phone/app with a 3rd Gent Chromecast it gioes just fine. Is there any way around it?

Hey there pachomouse,

I apologize for the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Disney+ issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, and it can be tricky to troubleshoot when there is no error! First thing, check what the LED light on the Chromecast is doing. If the Chromecast is throwing an error, it will appear via the LED light. If the light looks good, go ahead and try casting from another app, such as YouTube or Netflix, to see if the problem persists across apps. That way, we can narrow down the potential solutions a bit more.

I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!

Best regards,
Jeran
