My Chromecas with Google tv light pass through to TV

I can connect to my Chromecast get on the app and it says it's casting but it will not show picture or audio to my TV

Hey there Igotyamoe,

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out. Go ahead and give these troubleshooting steps a try:

  • Make sure your TV is turned on and set to the correct input.
  • Check the audio settings on your TV and make sure it's set to the correct input.
  • Restart your Chromecast.
  • Restart your router.
  • Unplug your Chromecast for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Update your Chromecast's firmware.
  • Factory reset your Chromecast.
