My Chromecast keeps showing "Y2V5" error

I am using it with a roku tv. TV is updated, i checked the wifi connection, and ive rebooted this stupid thing multiple times. Pls help. The only thing it shows is a screen saying "Y2V5 error" and "Can't connect to Wi-Fi".

You could try setting it up as a new device by factory resetting the Chromecast.
