Dear tech support,
I need to do a factory reset each time so my chromecast can connected , is there a parameter to set so chromecast will connected permanently.

Hi AndreF,
You should not have to factory reset your Chromecast pretty much ever.
Couple of things that may help.
Use the wall to power your Chromecast using the original power adapter.
Move your Chromecast and router closer together.
Give those a try to see if that helps.

I did everything , reset the chromecast, able to set a device with google home when i start a movie with netflix or google chrome , It try to mirror and fail. After the tv return at the image show in the begining.

Hello Jennifer,
I try it with wifi 5 ghz , I know its not normal to sed it with 5ghz but when I connected example with netflix cast on my tv its a lot faster with the 5 gz then it was with the 2,5ghz.
But my original issue still work, I have to make a factory reset using my network 5 ghz and its working until I move away of my room where the chromecast is.My mobil is moto e 2020 run with android 10.
