Voice request for video doesn't open YouTube on Chromecast but asks me what video I want to play?

Has a new firmware caused this issue? The latest is 1.56.291998 avd it seems it started since the update.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please tell me if you're using a Google Assistant device such as a Google Home Speakers and Displays to give a voice command when playing a video? Does your Chromecast work when casting a video using your mobile phone or computer?

Hi Jennifer. Yes it's a Google nest audio speaker. Although I've used Google assistant on my phone as well to see if it worked and the same thing happens.  Also, yes I can cast using my phone from the YouTube app. But the voice command should work shouldn't it?

Thanks for getting back to us. Is this only happening when asking to cast videos to YouTube, or with other apps too? Please reboot your Nest Audio Speaker and phone. Also, try to use different voice commands when asking your Google Assistant to cast videos from YouTube.
