Nest App on Google chromcast does not let me sign in with nest - and gives no option to sign in

The nest app on Google chrome cast will not let me sign in with nest account and has no option to sign in with google account - am able to do this on my phone and computer - why why

I reset my Google account. That's the same a Nest account. Right?

But still unable to login, continues to say "You entered an incorrect email address or password."

But that is not right. The email and password are correct. I have changed the password just to be sure. 

What gives? I replaced the FireTV with this, just so I can see the Google Video Doorbell. 

Not happy!

Other than resetting my password and trying it again, that was my last attempt. I am not sure what else I can perform regarding troubleshooting? If you can provide any other steps, I am willing to try it.

Hey there, 

Those are good things to try as well. Just to double check, you're using the same email address that coincides with everything right? Keep in mind that the email address has to match up with the app and anything else that you're logging into.
