After update my Google Chromecast. When I open Netflix it will not play 4k. I get a play back error. I tried everything.

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that playback issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this has been pretty annoying to deal with. The first thing I would recommend you do is clear out the cached data on the Netflix app. Then, I would see if you are able to play 4K videos in other apps, such as YouTube, to see if Netflix is the only one having issues. That way, we can isolate the issue and try a few more things.

It's us again. We want to make sure you're all good — how did the steps go? Do you still need help? If yes, please also try to reinstall the Netflix app and reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (4K).
