Network information permission to Chromecast

My Chromecast keep asking for permission to access network information to Cast on Android devices۔ My phone and Chromecast are on same WiFi and still I can't see cast on Home App. Do I need to change some settings on router?

Hello BurneyEra,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Are you casting or mirroring your Android phone? Could you please check if the same issue persists when casting video content from the Chromecast-enabled app? What is the make and model of the mobile phone you're using for casting?

 

In the meantime, please reboot your Chromecast and mobile phone. Using a different mobile device might also help.
