Gucci, it does not matter what network your tv is on if you are using a Chromecast with Google tv, only what network the phone and Chromecast is on matters.  

 

Now, are you trying to cast to the Roku tv directly, because it is not a Chromecast, you cannot cast to it.

Hi there, we are going to need more information, such as what devices are you using, is your wifi active , are both the Chromecast and the casting device on the same network, etc.
