PIN is now showing on screen.  Guest cannot find device

Hi Terry0007,

 

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― could you please try to reboot your Chromecast and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV? Rebooting the mobile device might also help. If the issue persists, please visit this support website article for additional troubleshooting steps.
