Problem with factory reset

Hi,

I have problem because I moved to other city and did not reset my device with old wi-fi. I try to connect with new wi-fi but I can't. I got information that factory reset can help me but I can't because I dont have connection with new routher.

Please, help me - how can I do factory reset my chromecast gen. 2?

Press the button on the Chromecast and hold it until it reboots and the light flashes, then you would setup as normal from scratch !

If you have no access to its interface due to internet connectivity, you can do it the hard way by simply, pressing and holding the button on the back and waiting until the light blinks yellow. Then release the button when the light turns solid white. Finally, your Chromecast device is reset.
