Quick questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? Is there an option for you to proceed when you receive the message? If there's a proceed option during the set up, please click on that to complete the set up. Also, please reboot your Chromecast and reinstall the Google Home app. Resetting your Chromecast might also help.
