I have went through the troubleshooting steps, even manually set up my chromecast 3rd gen more than 5 times. I still can't connect it to chromecast. Am using iphone 14, lastest software.

What exactly happens during the setup?

Do you see an error message on screen or in the Google Home app? 

What happened when you tried step 3 (the alternate setup steps)?

Do you have a different phone or tablet you can try setup with?
