Hi Chez21,

To confirm, are you trying to use your sound bar as your audio output? What type of cord are you using (HDMI or optical)? If you have an optical cable, you can connect the cord to the port where you can see a headset icon. It's the port before S-V.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hi Chez21,

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? To confirm, are you trying to use your sound bar as your audio output? Is your TV and sound bar connected via wired or Bluetooth? Is your Chromecast successfully setup?

I look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Kimy
