Hey there Janet,

 

I apologize about my late response, thank you for your patience! Are you still having these casting issues? I'd be happy to help you out, let me just ask you some questions first:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • Does this only happen when casting from Chrome, or apps as well?
  • What color is the LED light on your Chromecast?

I would also recommend that you check out this article on common Chromecast connection issues, as it fixes a lot of general Chromecast problems. If you had any other questions or concerns, please let me know! I am always happy to help.
