Trouble downloading chrome cast apps

Hello, 

I am having trouble downloading apps onto my chrome cast. The apps I want to download are local Australian apps (like 9Now, 10Play, Stan, Binge etc) and it says that I cannot download them as they are not available in my country. The issue being that I Live in Perth Australia… 

I have restarted, updated, reset my account and it still won’t let me. My location services are on and all. 
please help!
