Unable to download Australian apps, whilst living in Australia

As is in the title. I am unable to download any Australian apps. I live in Australia and I purchased it in Australia. No VPN and I have checked that my Google Account address is set to Australia.

LOLz. I solved it myself. I had to change my Google Play store location. 

Didn't even think about this as I am an Apple user, but I do have a android tablet I use for reading comics with one app downloaded on it.

so all G now.
