Just set up a new Cast 4K. When we switch TV inputs, Cast disconnects and has to be unplugged, then plugged back in. Do we have a setting wrong?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that disconnecting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out! First thing, I would make sure the Chromecast is powered by a wall outlet, and not by the TV. Also, try changing the HDMI port that the Chromecast is connected to, as maybe it's not working properly on that particular port.
