There are answers to a lot of questions, but, first, one should have the patience to search, read and have a good understanding about how equipments work with one another.
Furthermore, this is a community driven by the users, some asking for help, others offering help, when possible and on their own time.
If you want to ask the right question, ask yourself why Google do not bother to appoint technical support staff to manage and offer assistance to questions and issues on this community?
Answer: because it's cheap and evades responsibility.
