Why I can't see my chromecast on my iPad?

Hello,

I have an iPhone where I can see my chromecast perfectly and where I can cast.
On the other hand from an iPad (same IOS) if I have the icon which should also allow to cast but I do not see the chromecast.
What is this problem?

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the late response. Let's check on this further.

Quick question: are you getting a message that says "No cast destination found"? If yes, please try the steps below:

1. Make sure your iPad is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.
2. If you have the Wi-Fi Assist setting turned on in your iPad, please turn it off to make sure your iPad will only connect to your Wi-Fi network
3. Turn on Local Network Access in your iPad.
4. Reboot your iPad.
5. Reboot your Chromecast.
