Why does this video skip on Chromecast and nowhere else?

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that skipping issue? If not, we can try a couple of things, as I can imagine this issue is pretty confusing. First, I would recommend that you clear out your cached YouTube data. I would also check if the issue persists across devices, such as a computer or tablet.
