Why everyone can using my Chromecast

Why everyone can see my Chromecast and can using ? I can't change it no where in home app and in account  i mean every user in home can share movies and everything i turn off this in app but they can still connect and share please help me i try do everything

If the others share your wifi network they will be able to cast to your Chromecast.

Reiterating what Jill mentioned, anyone who is on your Wi-Fi network will be able to see your Chromecast device. If you don't want specific people connecting to your Chromecast device, you would need to remove them from your Wi-Fi network.
