I just got a new router and I’m unable to connect to Chromecast? Called router company and they were unable to help me. I’m not tech savvy. They told me I need to redo my chromecast? Not sure what they mean? Please help if you can?

Instructions for resetting Chromecast in Home

The help instructions say to hold down the chromecast tile in Home to get to the a page with a settings gear in the upper right. All I get is a "Showing Ambient" page and 3 dots in the corner for "ambient settings" which takes you to a blank page.
