Wifi connecting problem

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check on this further.

 

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED status on your Chromecast? How far is your Chromecast to the Wi-Fi router?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Reboot the Chromecast, Wi-Fi router, and mobile device.
  2. Move the devices closer to each other.
  3. Reinstall the Google Home app.
  4. Use a different mobile device.
  5. Factory reset your Chromecast.
