Hola mi servidor de Red me ha comunicado que mi dispositivo Chrome cast no puede conectarse a la Red WiFi habitual porque se ha encriptado una Red WiFi abierta y no puedo restablecer valores de fábrica, lo he intentado todo, servicio técnico, etc y nada, necesito ayuda servicio técnico de google

Please follow the Chromecast help center link below for instructions on factory resetting your device.
Factory reset:
https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/6254654
You can then set it up with an encrypted WiFi network (you can not use an open public network).
