Hello, I'm using translation, sorry.
 
We bought 400 chromecast devices for our business and completed the setup.
 
However, we cannot access the ambient mode on many of our devices. When we enter Ambiance mode, a blank screen opens.
And we can't activate guest mode.
 
In some cases, we can solve the problem by adding it to a different room, but there are devices that are not active even though we have installed it 6 - 7 times.
 
What can we do in this situation?
 
Note: We cannot use the devices with the red logo in the attached picture, how can we solve this?

  • Are all of these devices on the same network?
  • Are all of these devices on the same home on Google Home?
  • Are you located in a supported country?
