Hi -
I had to change my WiFi network but the home app wouldn’t connect to the ultra so I did a factory reset. The welcome screen on the tv shows the reset complete and a new code. But I can’t get the home app on iPhone or iPad. After several reboots to see the chrome cast to connect and finish the setup.
live check the LAN settings and all other google home pieces connected back up.

Do you meet the Chromecast requirements?
Are you not able to install the Google Home app from the App Store?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
