chromecast tv some sites wont cast?

Why do some sites like YouTube cast fine,  but others don't unless I mirror my screen. I don't want to cast my screen for several reasons. How can I fix this issue?  Thank you.

Are the websites or apps Chromecast enabled? Please let us have some examples.

It's up to the developers to include the Google cast protocol in their apps or services.

yes. Pangzitv.com is the biggest problem. It will not cast to tv, but works if I mirror my android phone screen.
