My internet changed awhile ago.. I couldn't figure out how to get it fixed over. I deleted my device from Google home. Now, when I try to log back in I get a message saying "This device was previously set up by a different user, please factory reset the device." But I can't get back into the device to factory reset it. Not sure what to do.

@Anqxlifly, thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I suggest you do a full clean-up by performing a factory reset and setting it up from scratch. That link includes a manual way of performing a factory reset, depending on the Chromecast version that you have. Let us know how it goes.
