setup is complete but I cannot watch anything

I set everything up and watched several shows and signed into several apps.  In the middle of watching a show on netflix, the show went off and a 0% came into the middle of the screen.  It never loaded again.  I went out and unplugged everything and when I try to resume the show, I get the following message:

"We're having trouble accessing this title for you fight now.  Please try again later"

 

I also cannot sign in to any other shows or apps.  I get the same message.  Please advise.

Hello i have the same problem with google chromecast ver. 1... its problematic to configure this cast....

I was having the same problem and tried everything, cache clearing, re-installing apps, factory reset (hadn’t heard about this force stop yttv aspect until now, try to force stop yttv then try 3rd party apps like Netflix). I have 2 CCwGTV purchased at the same time and only 1 has this problem. I just got off the phone with Google customer care and they verified that the SN of the unit having this issue is eligible for replacement.  I recommend going that route as it’s not every device of this type having this issue. Customer care was quick, I ran through all the steps I had already taken, the SN of the device, and have already received my shipping request all within 30 minutes of calling.

kwebster and Premixem, please try to reboot your Chromecast and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Resetting your Chromecast might also help.
