Alexa and nest not working for airconditioning

Hi everyone in the last week Alexa won’t turn on my nest airconditioning 

it works perfectly to turn on and off heating. And turn off airconditioning 

but just doesn’t work when I say Alexa turn in airconditioning 

anyone else had any problems last week
