Ambuant sounds used to play automatically on my speaker for an hour after having Google set alarm, but now it stats on all night. How can I set this back?

Hi gmonnich,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the late response. Could you please tell us what commands do you use when you ask the Google Nest speakers every time you want to play ambient sounds? We'd love to know more about it so we can try some steps that could resolve this.
Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Princess

I did not get your response. I had something from somebody called Princess wanting more info, but my email was returned as not deliverable.

Hi gmonnich,
Apologies but I didn't quite get what you messaged. For confirmation, has someone sent you an email regarding your concern? If it has a case number kindly post it here for us to check.
A few questions: what Google Nest device do you have and what is the exact command you're giving for your ambient sound?
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
Dan

When I got it I could say good night & it would ask what time to set alarm & then after giving a time it would say good night & play country night ambient sounds for 60 minutes. Now it plays all night until I turn off in the morning. Also, when my wife does it, it quit saying good night & playing ambient sounds. It is a Google Home Smart Speaker

Hello gmonnich,
I see! Thanks for the response. It would seem a good old fashioned reboot will refresh your Google Nest speaker. I suggest that you do a sequential reboot by starting with your router then your speaker. Restarting your phone might also help and tell me how it goes.

Dan
