An issue in chromecast

My chrome cast 2nd gen always orange light shows ,it cannot factory reset or reboot by long press. What I can do?

Hi,

The orange LED does indicate an issue with the Chromecast device. Be sure to use the supplied power adapter. Some things you can try:

Unplug your Chromecast from the wall and the TV then try the Chromecast in another tv if you can. If no other tv, try a different HDMI input on the tv if available.

You can also try to reboot your TV then plug the Chromecast back in and see if that helps.
