Apps won't load

I just unboxed my goggle nest and setting it up using Google home app. When I try to open an app such as YouTube, it tells me it doesn't know what screen to play the video on. Also there is a significant delay in swiping and the nest responding with the correct screen. Additionally it doesn't know what to do with the command "open sling". It gives me alternate search options.

@Coolkid, what command did you use? what exact Google Nest do you have? Also, try giving the command together with the name of the device. Here's how: https://goo.gle/2KMuymW
