Ayuda con Chromecast

Tengo un Chromecast ultra y al configurarlo me dice que ya está vinculado a otro dispositivo, que lo restablezca de fabrica, pero no tiene un dispositivo vinculado

Did you reset by using the physical button on the device? While the Chromecast is plugged into the TV and powered, hold down the button on the side of the Chromecast. The LED should begin to blink orange. When the LED light turns solid white, release the button and the Chromecast should then restart.
