My apologies if this is a really stupid question.
When working with the script editor I did want to start utilizing my phone as part of my routines. For example, at a certain time broadcast a message. My hub is fine if I'm in one room, but I may not be there. My phone is a better spot.
Yet when I am coding in the editor only my hub device is available. It leads me to believe that either a) you can't use Google Assistant routines on your phone (other than manage them, but they can't use your phone for alerts) or b) I am missing a configuration somewhere.
Any help pointing me in the right direction?
