This is infuriating. We thought we had canceled the Nest subscription last year but were charged again this year. I have been all over the website there is no where to get help. I tried calling and they say the phone number is no longer in service. We are disputing charge with the credit card company but I need this canceled now. It does not show up in the subscription list. How do I get this canceled?

OMG i'm literally dealing with the same exact thing. I just spent 45 mins chatting with likely a computer via Facebook messenger and got no where. Mine keeps auto renewing but I have no options to cancel it as it keeps saying 'migration is in progress, please try again later'. I moved over to Google from Nest 4 years ago and it has had that message since. I am furious as well right now as there is no one to help.

I have never had any issue getting a hold of Nest support for billing or tech issues and that is going through one of these steps below.
CALLING
For assistance with Nest billing, you can call
This number is not down as I called it a few times just now to test. What number did you call that gave a carrier intercept saying it is no longer in service.
OTHER WAYS
To cancel your Nest Aware subscription: You can cancel your subscription in the Google Store or in the Google Home app if you purchased it directly from Google Nest. If you purchased through one of their partners, contact the partner to cancel your subscription.
To manage your Nest Aware subscription: Go to the Google Store Subscription management page and select "Change payment method" for the subscription you'd like to update.
To manage your Nest Renew settings: Sign into the Nest Renew portal, tap Settings, tap Manage enrollment under Home information, tap Unenroll my home, tick the check box and tap Unenroll.
