Cannot get the thermostats key

Cannot get to key to add thermostat to new phone.  Set on cool , need to set for winter.

working on this for over hour!

press ring went to settings never saw key number.

Once setup you don't use that method to add it to replacement or additional phones. Simply login to the app using the same account that setup the thermostat and it should be there.
