Hi if any one can help that would be great.
I recently ( 5 days ago) returned a faulty heat link. But according to the email from Google it wasn't returned with the 21 days. At present their is a postal strike (not my fault) and also the email from Google with the return label stated I had 21 days to return the item and I only received that 10 days ago??
