Chromecast remote control

Hello. Can someone please contact me to assist in replacing my Chromecast remote control that is no longer working? I'd hate to have to go through Amazon to find a replacement that has a chance of not working properly. If someone in support could please contact me asap while I am sadly unable to use my Chromecast, I'd most greatly appreciate it!

Hi Azarco. I was able to speak with a live agent who advised I return it since it was under warranty. Can you tell me if they received it yet?

Hi there,

Is it the Chromecast with Google TV remote that you are looking to replace?

Google sells these from their online Google Store

Mschampagne Before we check your replacement option, try these steps first:

 

  1. Replace the batteries with new ones (1.5 volt AAA batteries).
  2. Remove the Voice Remote’s batteries, and wait for 5 minutes.
  3. Factory reset the Chromecast with Google TV and factory reset the Voice Remote.
