YouTube, Google Play, Netflix, and Hulu Plus support closed captioning. Some individual content may not support closed captioning depending on its settings. Currently, casting 3D content is not supported with Chromecast. You may not be able to cast 3D content to your 3D-enabled TVs.
To determine if the video has subtitles and/or closed captioning, use the steps below:

You can filter content to include subtitles. You can type keywords such as "Subtitles", "CC", or "Closed caption" in the search bar. For example, the keywords "Subtitles The Mask" will result to The Mask with subtitles and/or closed captioning.
