Which Google Nest camera do you have? Can you see it at all in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app?  Have you tried restarting the camera?  https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162?hl=en

Hi folks,

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Let’s check — could you fill out this form so we could further investigate?

Please stop using your camera as it may cause harm to you. In the meantime, unplug it from the power outlet.

I appreciate the help here, MplsCustomer.

Thanks,

JT

Still trying to disconnect from my account on the app so a family member can use it. I've tried deleting the app... that did not work because goggle would not let me switch to new user on there device using the same nest app.

@ub1badboy

If you want to turn over ownership of a Google Nest camera, you need to remove it from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app (depending on the camera) while you are logged onto the Google account and Wi-Fi used to set it up, and then do a factory reset. Then the new user can install it.

Hi everyone,

@ub1badboy thanks for getting back to us. For you to disconnect your account from your Nest camera you need to remove it first from your Nest app and reset the actual Nest camera to the factory default. After that, the Nest camera can be connected to a different account.

I appreciate the help, @Juni, @Dan, @Jt, @MplsCustomer and Archie.

Regards,
Emerson
