Why have my content filters changed. I have not touched them and don't understand how to get them off. I have been able to get music I want to play up till now. Now when I ask it tells me its unable whilst content filters are on. Been in settings and done what google told me to do but nothings changed.

Hey Whitedeer16,

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check what's going with your device.

A few questions: when did it start happening? Were there any recent updates on your phone or Google Home app? Also, what Google Home or Nest devices are affected?

Try these steps:

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Tap Settings> Digital wellbeing> Set up or Add device filter.
  • Allow any music: Your device will play all music.
  • Only allow non-explicit music: Your device will allow you to choose from music services that can play non-explicit songs.
  • Block all music: Your device won’t play any music.

We'll be waiting for your update.

Best,

Alex

Kind regards,
