Cync light showing "offline"

My Cync Floodlight Light shows "offline" after setup on Google Home app.

Thanks reaching out.

 

Was it working before? Is it working when you control it using voice commands? Also, are they working on their own?

 

  • Try reinstalling your Google Home app.
  • Make sure you didn't set up your lights on the Cync app.
  • Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and set up on the same home structure.
  • Power cycle the bulb-Turn the switch or plug off for 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Be sure to wait 60 seconds before waiting to reconnect to the bulb and re-attempting setup.
  • Unlink and re-link your lights from your Google Home app.
