Does Google monitor feedback submitted to /r/GoogleHome on reddit?

There are categories on /r/GoogleHome for bugs and people asking for help.

  1. Kit (from Google) has an account on /r/GoogleHome. But does Google monitor /r/GoogleHome on an ongoing basis and are the issues people raised recorded by the Google team? Please confirm.
  2. If they don't monitor it, why not?
  3. Should users share all feedback in this forum instead?
  4. Is there anywhere else that Google monitors user feedback?

Hi there,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community and sorry for the late response.

Good question, let me help you. Yes /r/GoogleHome is still monitored by their own support group. Users can post their concerns here and we are glad to help. Here is a link on where you can submit feedback too.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Juni
