Hi.
I am not sure what I should list this under as ther is nothing mentioned in the drop down list about lighting products or anything remotely similar.
I have two Eufy lights in one room and they have been working fine for many years now with a few initial problems. Then a coiuple of days ago one statrting not responding in Google Home and shows Offline the other is fine. I can control them both from the Eufy app. Nothing has been added to my home in ages so no chages have occurred
My first issue was to actually try and remove them from within Google Home. I looked up many web pages on how it should be done by clicking on the name in the app..well this didnt work.. so I gave up with that idea.
I uninstalled EUFY APP, I also tried unlinking it. I reinstalled the two lights with new names, Linked the account again allocated the devices a room in Google Home. One device still comes up with Offline.
I have restarted the router and got no joy there, so I am at a loss why it should suddenly stop working with Google Home yet still can be controlled with Eufy App.
I have no idea what else to try.

Exact same thing started happening to my eufy light in the last 2 weeks!
Years of working no issues and then Google thinks it's offline. I was able to get it back for a couple days by connecting via the eufy app but then Google lost connection again.

I have also emailed Eufy Support too.

Well I had an email back from Eufy yesterday saying that they are looking into it, and today they have come back on line again. So they might have solved the problem, but will have to wait and see.

I have now had a reply from Eufy Support saying that they have correct a fault at their end basically.
